It has been a few months that I have entered corporate world and its just a beginning of my Journey.  This Blog is for the ones who are in there early days to enter Corporate World or for the ones who have just started the journey just like me  Here it is what I have learned from Corporate Sphere  1. There are no Friends or Enemies at workplace everyone is just Colleague 2. Politics - Office is full of politics, but it is easy to stay far away from it, just focus on your job and don't involve yourself into gossips Take it easy Everyone is just like you, nobody is less or extra, so be confident be real and rock it, you don't need to imitate anyone at your workplace do what you are good at, let your work speaks for you  3. Stay Updated- Don't stop learning always be tuned with your Industry markets if you want to excel at your work  4.  Balance - Make sure you maintain work life balance, Give your 110% but don't harm your personal space, adopt...

5 Things to do for Peace

 Life is Uncertain, Dangerous but equally Precious. Do you  have Habit of Over-thinking constantly, destroying your inner peace and troubling your mind ?

If you want to Stop Over-thinking and willing to drive inner peace try these 5 Simple and powerful ways 

1.  Nature can Calm You - Nature is an best healer, make a routine of walking barefoot on warm sand or dewy grass, spending some time with Nature can actually bliss you and make you feel younger. Try to feel the piercing sound of birds, enjoy the nature take a deep breathe. This would surely get you Peace

2. Listen to Music - Music is a best therapy, It doesn't matter what genre of music you want to listen, as long as you enjoy it. Research has found that Listening to music can help you recover and make you calm  

3. Play with a Pet - Playing with pet is great therapy and helps to de-stress. It has an powerful sense and can ease tension and generates peace of mind

4. Conversation - Don't be afraid to say what you are thinking, have a daily conversation with your brain. Ask your brain what you want in life, If you don't ask you won't get

5. Self Love - This one is my personally favorite, The more we love our-self the greater we have peace of mind, The way we accept our-self signifies the our love for our inner soul. If you are physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually strong you feel less insecurity and your inner peace is heightened
