 Holla !!! It has been a few months that I have entered corporate world and its just a beginning of my Journey.  This Blog is for the ones who are in there early days to enter Corporate World or for the ones who have just started the journey just like me  Here it is what I have learned from Corporate Sphere  1. There are no Friends or Enemies at workplace everyone is just Colleague 2. Politics - Office is full of politics, but it is easy to stay far away from it, just focus on your job and don't involve yourself into gossips Take it easy Everyone is just like you, nobody is less or extra, so be confident be real and rock it, you don't need to imitate anyone at your workplace do what you are good at, let your work speaks for you  3. Stay Updated- Don't stop learning always be tuned with your Industry markets if you want to excel at your work  4.  Balance - Make sure you maintain work life balance, Give your 110% but don't harm your personal space, adopt...

5 ways to overcome Anger

What is Anger ?
Anger is an powerful emotion an negative feeling which is expressed by you, feeling of unhappiness  you feel miserable, It has been proven by medical by becoming angry you are poisoning your system, Yes you heard me right !! Here are the 5 ways were you can overcome your anger 



1. Take a deep breath - Put your thoughts to rest and stop thinking whenever you feel an emotion of anger take a deep breath, after taking a deep breath the second step is to smile for few secs ( I know it may sound you kiddish ) trust me it actually works It will help you to calm you down 

2. Count down - If you are known for your anger than you might have heard this before too count down  ( 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)  exactly what I did, It will make you feel relaxed, It helps you to not burst out, Scientifically it has been proven to relax your nerves 

3. LOL - Laughter is the best medicine, But I heard it somewhere if a person laughs for no reason he needs medicine( Quite funny !! ) Whenever you feel angry and if you are not around public Go to your room close the door Laugh out loud, To fool your mind, to distract yourself Would it not be a great strategy to confuse your mind and deal it in a very coolest way ?

4. Drink Water - There was a famous cartoon called *OSWALD* have you seen it ? In one of the episode the Octopus said woo-ow how cool is water? It get you out of every problem of-course doesn't it, But can it help you to get out of anger ? Yes it can,we cannot survive without water we our-self are 70% of water, So all I mean is Drink Water whenever you are angry, That will help you, It will help you to cool  down, So the next time you loose it grab a glass of water Cheers !!!

5. Train your mind to be patient - Not everything will happen what you desire for, If things are not at your favor don't get impatient and frustrated, So my simple advice is to hang on and understand everything will not go the way you want and you have to deal with it So you need to train your mind basically and teach your mind to be more patient
