Today we will discuss about the 4th Chakra which is my personally favorite and also it's very important Today we will talk about the Heart Chakra which is also called as (Anahata). It signifies the color Green, This Chakra is all about self love, self care, loving people, Caring for the people, having a kind gesture, It is not only about relationship It is also about your love & understanding for the universe This represents the element of Air
There are been times when you try to neglect all your emotions and try to follow the directions within the bandwagon situation but than, there may be another part of life where you have followed your heart and it may not make sense to other people and may not make sense to you as well sometimes but when you did you feel like everything is filled into its place well, there is where your heart is drowning the energy
So how does a healthy balance Chakra represents your life - you have love & compassion for other people, you have healthy boundaries ,you have healthy relationship with self and other people,you believe in self love, self care, you have a great self confidence.
So how does a unhealthy balance Chakra represents your life - you don't have healthy love for yourself, you have a very low appetite, you don't have very deep connections with people you invest your time only on surface level easy breezy types, you have trust issues with people.
How can you Balance your Heart Chakra - As this represents the element of Air, Breathing exercises can really help ( Try taking deep breaths ) another way is you can try engaging in things which you really love a lot let it be small or big just do whatever you love
Let me give you my Example- Each time I look into mirror I smile and keep adoring myself, this helps me to accept the way I am (Ya !! I love doing this ) I love mirror work and this really works for me !!
Foods - by adding green color foods in your diet - Avocado, spinach, grapes, green apple to name a few, another way is to express gratitude maintain a small dairy write in your diary what you are grateful for expressing gratitude is another way to keep your Heart Chakra balanced
