It has been a few months that I have entered corporate world and its just a beginning of my Journey.  This Blog is for the ones who are in there early days to enter Corporate World or for the ones who have just started the journey just like me  Here it is what I have learned from Corporate Sphere  1. Politics - Office is full of politics, but it is easy to stay far away from it, just focus on your job and don't involve yourself into gossips Take it easy Everyone is just like you, nobody is less or extra, so be confident be real and rock it, you don't need to imitate anyone at your workplace do what you are good at, let your work speaks for you  3. Stay Updated- Don't stop learning always be tuned with your Industry markets if you want to excel at your work  4.  Balance - Make sure you maintain work life balance, Give your 110% but don't harm your personal space, adopt...

Networking - Networking plays very important role in marketing, It is very important to be in touch with the people you are meeting in your life both personal & professional, Even if today you are well established in your JOB and have currently no alternate plans, You must still develop more relationships and connections with your network to have more opportunities in your career. You can connect with people on various platforms like face-book , Instagram , Linked-in , Twitter , and many more

 2. Find your Niche - It is very very important to find your niche, marketing as a career is very much diversified you need to be pretty sure with your niche before opting marketing as your career as this would help you to build your personal brand

3.Build your brand  - There are many benefits people can get from creating personal brand, these would help you  to build your image on own without depending on others, There are several benefits of building brand this would help you to build connections and also gain self confidence

4. Be proactive & Reactive - You need to be proactive & reactive both at same time focusing on only one won't make any difference, as we Have already entered into VUCA world you need to have a clear vision , understanding ,clarity and agility 

5. Keep yourself updated - There are many courses available online on various platforms, You should always keep yourself updated in respect to your Niche, as there is no age bar for opting courses, even if you  become a great marketer in Future You should always opt for some courses related to your domain and keep yourself updated this would help you to grow more
